About The Role:
As a Sales Manager, you will lead and inspire our sales team to achieve exceptional results in client acquisition and satisfaction. You will be responsible for driving the sales strategy, managing a team of sales consultants, and ensuring the team meets and exceeds targets. This role requires a dynamic and motivated leader with a passion for real estate and a proven track record in sales management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales consultants to ensure high performance and professional development
- Oversee the sales pipeline, from lead generation to client onboarding, ensuring a seamless and efficient process
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and support to team members
- Monitor and analyse sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
Skills/Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales management role within the real estate industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- In-depth understanding of the real estate buying process and market dynamics
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Self-driven with a can-do attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
