This will be a hybrid role with 1 day from our brand new office (Macquarie Park) and 4 days remote as work from home. The office is in a high profile, modern campus featuring outstanding amenity including a child care, gymnasium, large licensed café, metered street parking available for visitors and new end of trip facilities including showers, lockers and change rooms.
Conveniently located within walking distance to Macquarie Park Railway/metro station and bus stops as well as paid parking availability. The property also benefits from its proximity to the M2 Motorway providing a direct link to Sydney’s CBD, Hills District, North Sydney and South to the airport via the Eastern Distributor.
About The Role:
If you are looking for a dynamic role in new client onboarding and sales within the real estate industry then this is for you! As a Sales consultant you will speak to warm and cold leads and either pre-qualify, nurture and/or help educate people about our service with the view to sign them up to our BA service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients while you field their questions about the buying process
- Manage prospect pipelines and help with nurturing as well as sign ups
- Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication
- Onboard new clients by introducing them to the services
- Provide administration and operation support to the team
Skills/Experience:
- Minimum 1 year experience in similar role in real estate
- A passion for real estate
- An understanding of how the buying process works
- Attention to detail
- Self-driven with a can-do attitude
