You’ll be our deal-closing expert, tapping deep industry connections to uncover off-market gems, ensuring due diligence, and guiding clients from first call to long-term portfolio growth. Join us to power our mission of helping Aussies dominate the commercial property game!
What You’ll Do:
Own the Client Expe rience:
- Onboard high-value clients, crafting tailored investment strategies that match their goals and risk profiles.
- Deliver white-glove account management, keeping investors informed and engaged throughout their journey.
Source Exclusive Deals:
- Leverage your industry networks to uncover off-market and pre-market commercial properties; think retail, offices, warehouses, or hotels.
- Conduct sharp market analysis to pinpoint high-yield opportunities that align with client briefs.
Master Negotiations & Due Diligence:
- Perform rigorous due diligence, including financial analysis, feasibility reports, lease reviews, building inspections, and environmental checks, to ensure every deal stacks up.
- Negotiate strategically to secure the best prices and terms, maximising value for our clients.
Manage the Deal End-to-End:
- Steer transactions from initial offer to settlement, coordinating with legal and finance teams for seamless closings.
- Save clients time by handling every detail, letting them focus on growing their portfolios.
Support Long-Term Success:
- Provide ongoing advice on portfolio expansion, diversification, and exit strategies to keep clients winning.
- Offer property management support, including tenant relations, maintenance, and financial reporting, to boost returns.
Who You Are:
- A commercial buyer’s agent with proven experience in the buyer’s agency world, ideally closing high-value commercial deals.
- A networking pro with strong connections to agents, developers, and vendors, unlocking exclusive opportunities.
- A client-focussed expert who shines at onboarding, account management, and delivering personalised service that builds trust.
- A skilled negotiator with a track record of securing favourable terms and a knack for thorough due diligence.
